  • S. BIAGIO ORATORY- Roncoscaglia

  • The nickname of "devil's church" comes from the animal-like forms engraved on the stony walls. This church, in Romanesque style, was built at the end of the XII century. At the present time it has no apsis. The portals (one on the façade and the other on the right side) are both of architectural interest. It is open only on 3rd February, that is on S.Biagio Day, and on the first Sunday of May for the occasion of the town festival. To be able to visit it seek Mr.Giovanni Malagoli, resident near the oratory (0536/64088).
